Curb stones

Curb stones are very important part of environmental look improving, in which they contribute with rounding of cultivated area and react pressure with green area. They are made with two layer vibropressed technology with final layer consisted of pure quartz sand which enhance its durability exposed to atmospheric conditions, anti-frost substances and erosion. Permanent quality controls are supervised under the company’s laboratory, as well as under authorized institution. Concrete curbs fulfill actual standards JUS U.M1.055 for shape, dimensions, look, shear strength, JUS U.M1.049, compressive strength JUS U.M1.055. products fulfill JUS U.M1.049. for tensile strength under pressure, JUS ISO 4013 for tensile strength under flexing, JUS B.B8.015 for erosion durability, JUS U.M1.055 for durability on low temperatures and anti-frost substances, as well as EN 1340.

Building in of curbs is easy and quick. Building in is made on mb 10 or mb 15 concrete with wet ground consistency with 20 cm thickness with side setting in concrete. Distance between two curbs should be 3 mm, including making necessary empty space of 10 mm for dilatation on every 10m length, which should be filled with elastic substance.
